JOB SUMMARY
The vacancy is for a Junior Recruiter Analyst, we are looking for candidates with a level of 80-85% or higher, eager to learn, committed and with a vocation for service, since the position is to manage everything related to the recruitment process of all personnel entering the company in order to contribute to organizational growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:1. Evaluate the profiles of the different candidates delivered by the sourcers taking into account the conditions of each vacancy; through filter calls to measure the level of English and thus advance them to the pre-selection stage.2. Manage the documentation requested from the candidate (resume and video) and determine whether or not they meet the requested requirements3. Generate a database through our ATS and control and monitoring platform, including all the candidate's information and their progress at each stage of the process4. Present candidates to supervisors and clients who meet the requirements presented by the vacancy.5. Maintain active communication with clients/candidates during the different stages of the process,6. Manage and send service order information.
