JOB SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of this role is to screen caregiver applicants. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and have excellent communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of the recruitment and scheduling process
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct screening calls with caregiver applicants based on a provided script.Make judgment calls on potential hires based on professionalism, communication, and adherence to interview protocols.Offer positions to successful candidates and send out welcome emails with onboarding instructions.Update recruitment and scheduling systems (ASN and Access Care) and maintain records on Excel-based tracking sheets (White Board).Communicate with internal staff to ensure follow-ups on caregiver onboarding processes.Handle scheduling changes during off-hours, including confirming schedules and making updates as required.Participate in the use of caregiver engagement platforms and assist in pulling data from our systems for reporting purposes
