We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch support to our clients and are seeking a dedicated IT Support Assistant to join our team. We are seeking qualified individuals for the following roles:


Key Responsibilities


Technical Support:

  • ·        Provide first-line support for IT-related issues across the company.
  • ·     Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vehicle tracking software, hardware, and network connectivity.
  • ·        Assist in diagnosing and fixing system errors and malfunctions.

Client Assistance:

·        Offer technical support to clients experiencing difficulties with the vehicle tracking system.

·        Guide clients through troubleshooting processes and ensure timely resolution of their issues.

·        Conduct training sessions for clients to help them effectively use the tracking platform.

 

System Configuration:

·        Assist with the configuration and setup of tracking devices for new and existing vehicles.

·        Ensure that all devices are properly integrated into the tracking platform.


Onboarding and Monitoring:

·        Support the onboarding process for new vehicles and ensure accurate monitoring within the tracking system.

·        Perform regular checks to ensure data accuracy and system performance.


Workflow System Development:

·        Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal workflow systems.

·        Collaborate with the IT team to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.


Documentation and Reporting:

·        Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations.

·        Prepare reports on recurring issues and provide recommendations for system improvements.


Additional Duties:

·        Assist with other IT-related tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

·        Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure the company’s technology remains current.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications

Educational Background: Associate’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.

Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrated ability to recognize, understand, and manage your own emotions, as well as effectively perceive and respond to the emotions of others. Ability to maintain composure and empathy in high-pressure situations, providing thoughtful and supportive responses to clients and colleagues.

Self-Awareness: Strong self-awareness, including an understanding of your own strengths, weaknesses, and impact on others. Ability to reflect on your actions and continuously seek self-improvement and feedback.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity, empathy, and active listening.

Problem-Solving Skills: Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Customer Service Orientation: High level of professionalism and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and positive interactions.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating emotional resilience and adaptability to contribute to a positive work environment.

Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
