Job Summary
As an IT Officer at Labaita Lounge, you will play a critical role in managing the company’s IT infrastructure while also contributing to our creative and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be someone with strong technical expertise combined with creative skills, who is eager to lead cross-functional teams, maintain systems, and support a variety of multimedia projects.

Job Description/Requirements
· IT Management: Oversee and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, and hardware.
· System Operations: Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure optimal performance of all internal systems and technologies.
· Graphic Design: Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content for social media, advertisements, websites, and branding materials.
· Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC campaigns, and social media marketing.
· CCTV Management: Manage and monitor the company’s CCTV systems to ensure security and compliance with company policies.
· Photography: Capture high-quality images for events, promotional materials, website content, and other business needs.
· Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT department while collaborating with other teams to achieve business objectives.
· Data Security: Implement and maintain security protocols and policies to protect organizational data and systems.
· Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support to staff and manage issue resolution efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
· Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT management, with hands-on experience in graphic design, digital marketing, and CCTV systems.
· Technical Skills:
o Proficient in managing IT infrastructure and system operations.
o Experience with CCTV setup, monitoring, and security protocols.
o Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
o Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
o Excellent photography skills with experience in editing and post-production.
· Additional Skills:
o Strong leadership and team management abilities.
