About the Job
We are looking for a Certified Financial Auditor to manage the audit of our finance processes including P&L accounting, raw materials and finished products audit, operations improvement, customer ratings and generally keep tabs on audit of all the processes at all times.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
● Planning & execution of Audit Assignments at manufacturing & Upcountry Warehouse locations.
● Study of various functional areas with focus on system adherence, improvements & Control effectiveness.
● Audit of complete operation of Divisions based on different business cycles such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Plan to Delivery.
● Audit of Payables to avoid leakages & pilferages
● Strengthening of internal controls of Manufacturing units operations through regular control review such as:
➢ Review of Inventory Management,
➢ Review of Stores
➢ Review of Procurement function
➢ Review of Finished Goods
➢ Review of Contract Labour function
➢ Review of Outward Dispatch of Goods
● Identify non-value added activities & implementing potential cost savings/control ideas.
● Ensuring compliance of Sales operations with respect internal controls through Review of credit control of customers, Review of customer account reconciliation, Review of stock management etc
Requirements: Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
● Degree in Accounting / Certified CA
● Min 8 yrs in Audit Background
● Preferred Minimum 3 years in Audit Department
● Preferred Minimum 3 years in a Managerial position
● Proven knowledge in the area of Auditing
● Strong, effective interrogation skills
● Good Working Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
