Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Sourcing & Business Development:

    • Identify and reach out to potential clients for HR consultancy services.

    • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.

    • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients.

  • Marketing & Employer Branding:

    • Promote the company’s HR services through digital marketing, networking, and direct outreach.

    • Assist in managing social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.

    • Develop content related to HR best practices for blogs, newsletters, and social media.

  • HR Services & Talent Acquisition:

    • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.

    • Support in employee relations, training, and HR policy development.

    • Help in conducting HR audits and compliance checks for clients.

    • Maintain HR databases and records.
