Job Summary
We are seeking an Interior Designer to join our team and assist in creating high-quality 3D CAD renders for marketing purposes. This full-time role is perfect for a budding interior designer who has experience in 3D photo-realistic rendering and floor plan translation. The ideal candidate will have an interest in residential interiors and demonstrate the ability to turn concepts into visual renders.

Job Description/Requirements
- 3D Rendering & Floorplans: Create detailed and photo-realistic 3D renders of residential interiors and translate them into accurate floor plans.
- Design Input: Work on projects such as bedrooms, ensuites, and other living spaces.
Examples include:
o Bedroom: Double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, sofa, coffee table, carpet, paint.
o EnSite: Sink, shower, W/C, tiles, paint.
- Software Use: Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD or similar to complete tasks efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work with the marketing team and other designers to align on project needs and deliver high-quality renders.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all renders are accurate and meet design and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing residential 3D renders is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD or other 3D rendering software.
- Passion for Design: Strong interest in residential interior design and architecture.
- Computer Requirements: Must have a computer capable of handling 3D rendering software (upgrading assistance can be discussed).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
- Experience with creating production packs for UK-based sourcing.
