Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking an honest, sincere, organized, motivated, diligent and responsible individual to join our team in insurance office work. This position involves a variety of tasks including but not limited to insurance, accounting, administrative and customer service-related work to support the efficient operation of our experienced insurance company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a quick and proactive attitude, a commitment to delivering exceptional service, and effective computing knowledge - ‘be ready with your skills to work right away since no training will be provided therefore, please do not say yes I know but on a serious note must have, know it and be ready to work right away.’
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent – minimum grade ‘C’ KCSE result. A degree/diploma in a business, insurance or other related fields is a bonus though not required.
- Prior experience and knowledge in insurance, business or administrative work preferred though NOT needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Quickbooks.
- An individual who is clean and organized, diligent and efficient in work, has strong attention to detail, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with effective communication skills.
