Screen, evaluate and process LOA availment based on the standard procedures and benefit application guidelines
Issues Letter of Authority (LOA) after assessment of coverage, professionally explain coverage and non-coverage to the member
Secure overriding approval from the In-Patient Supervisor for LOAs beyond the Specialist’s authority limits include tagging of special approval
Responds to inquiries and complaints with a first-hand solution (if possible) on customer’s feedback and issues raised
Educational Requirement
College Graduate of 4, years, preferably: Nursing or any medical-allied courses
Experience And Training
6 months to1 year experience in healthcare industry
HMO experience is an advantage.
Skills Requirement
Strong communication skills
Empathetic and patient and who possess a positive attitude
