Position Summary: Seeking 3 honest, hardworking In-Store Sales Reps passionate about personal growth, strong communicators (phone/chat), computer-savvy, and avid readers of personal development books. Digital marketing skills a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers enthusiastically, guiding them in product selection.
2. Conduct accurate and efficient sales transactions.
3. Engage customers effectively via phone and digital communication platforms.
4. Maintain a tidy, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
5. Provide knowledgeable and persuasive product recommendations.
6. Support inventory management and stock control processes.
7. Collaborate actively with colleagues to meet and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Commitment to honesty, hard work, and personal excellence.
2. A demonstrated passion for personal development; must regularly read personal growth books.
3. Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
5. Previous experience or familiarity with digital marketing is strongly preferred.
6. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: Base salary with an attractive commission structure.
