Working Days: Monday to FridayWorking Hours: Night ShiftJob Description:The Implementation Consultant plays a crucial role inensuring a seamless transition for our clients as they onboard onto company services.Contributes to the successful implementation and integration of our Payroll andHR Solutions, enabling our clients to streamline their processes and achievetheir business objectives. Leads a client’s full implementation byunderstanding their requirements and configuring our solutions to meet theirneeds. Uses a consultative approach to enable our clients to utilize oursolutions to their fullest potential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities: • Collaborate closely with clients to understand theirspecific payroll and HR requirements and gather necessary data for successfulsystem configuration. • Manage the full scope of implementation, from kick-offthrough go-live, managing realistic expectations throughout • Partner with internal stakeholders, including Sales,Payroll, and Product teams, to understand our clients’ business needs andensure a cohesive implementation process. • Lead client meetings to effectively communicateimplementation timelines, milestones, and project deliverables. • Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use ourHRIS system effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption. • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or process-relatedissues that arise during the implementation phase. • Maintains Client Space (Customer Relationship ManagementSystem) throughout the client’s implementation phase by updating projectmilestones, tasks and collateral. • Effectively transition clients to the Payroll Only serviceteam for ongoing support once they are live to achieve client experiencerequirements.Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (bothwritten and verbal), with the ability to establish rapport with clients andinternal teams • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyzecomplex situations and provide effective solutions • Exceptionalattention to detail and strong analytical skills to conduct data analysis andquality control assessments • Ability to effectively prioritize and re-prioritize asneeded to meet changing business objectives and requirements • Must be able to maintain organization, prioritize, andadjust priorities to balance workloads appropriately with the urgency of tasks.• Must be able to remain calm under pressure and ensurecommunications remain professional in escalated or emotionally turbulentsituations • Constantly assesses the neatness, accuracy, thoroughnessof the work assigned.
