This role involves managing the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and spearheading digital marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Job Description/Requirements
ICT Responsibilities
1. System Administration & IT Support
- Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and servers.
- Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Implement IT security measures, data backups, and recovery solutions.
2. ERP & Database Management
- Oversee the company’s ERP system to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage data integrity, backups, and system updates.
3. Cybersecurity & Compliance
Ensure data security by implementing antivirus and firewall protections.
Maintain IT policies and compliance with relevant regulations.
4. Hardware & Software Management
- Install, configure, and upgrade IT hardware and software.
- Monitor IT assets and recommend upgrades as needed.
5. Network Administration
- Manage internet connectivity, network security, and troubleshooting.
- Optimize network performance and resolve downtime issues.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities
6. Website & Social Media Management
- Manage and update the company’s website with relevant content.
- Handle social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), ensuring engaging content and audience growth.
7. Content Creation & SEO
- Develop digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Create and publish SEO-optimized content, blog posts, and advertisements.
8. Email & SMS Marketing
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to reach potential clients.
- Design SMS campaigns for customer engagement and promotions.
9. Online Advertising & Lead Generation
- Run paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media.
- Analyze and optimize digital marketing efforts to improve ROI.
10. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor digital marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Additional certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in network management, cybersecurity, and database administration.
- Experience with website management (WordPress, HTML, CSS) and SEO strategies.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and paid advertising platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
