Job Summary

Ensure the attraction, recruitment, motivation and retention of quality human resource. Planning and forecasting human resource requirements. Induction and continuous training of human resource. Coming up with adequate human resource management policies, implementing and monitoring compliance of policies.

Job Description/Requirements

Gross Remuneration:  80,000.00


Qualifications and Experience: 

Degree in Human Resource or related field.

4 years proven work experience at management level.

Experience with a HR Management software will be an added advantage.

People oriented and results driven.

Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.

Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR practices.


Job Description: 

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Oversee the day to day management of the recruitment process, including reviewing job descriptions, website advertising, updating of the company resource plan, sifting and selection of CV’s, attending interviews and selecting candidates.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

Nurture a positive working environment.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Manage staff welfare schemes and benefits program i.e medical and pension

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

Provide insight and recommendations on HR initiatives that can be leveraged to strengthen business results e.g. leadership/development programmes.

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and information system is maintained.
