Job Description/Requirements
Recruitment and Staffing:
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Oversee the entire hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
• Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues and professional development.
Compliance and Policy Development:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Manage payroll processes and administer employee benefits.
• Conduct market analyses to ensure competitive compensation packages.
HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare reports on HR metrics and provide insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 - 4years of HR experience, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
