Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager at Ilora Retreats. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration. This is an on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Experience in recruitment and selection processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Kenya
- Experience in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration
- HR certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field
