Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts, providing support to employees, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Implement and manage performance management processes, including employee evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
  • Develop and administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure company compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws, as well as HR best practices.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support the development and delivery of employee training programs to foster professional growth and skill development.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including discipline, grievances, and policy implementation.
  • Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement in HR processes.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, promoting open communication and resolving issues effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources management or a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
