Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist position based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing and implementing HR policies, facilitating employee benefits, administering compensation programs, and supporting organisational HR management functions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining compliance with labour regulations, addressing employee concerns, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, and improving workplace culture. The HR Generalist will also collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with HR best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Kenya
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, PHR, or SHRM) is an advantage
