Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
o Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are well integrated into the company culture.
• Employee Relations:
o Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
o Mediate conflicts and address issues related to employee performance and conduct.
• Performance Management:
o Support managers in performance appraisal processes, including goal setting and feedback delivery.
o Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
• Compliance and Record Keeping:
o Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Training and Development:
o Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
o Promote continuous learning and career development opportunities for employees.
• HR Strategy and Administration:
o Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
o Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR from a reputable university
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Experience in social media marketing an added advantage
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Gross Salary: Kes 35k - 40k
