Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the agency's goals and client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring requirements and job descriptions.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing, to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
Interview Coordination and Assessment:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Develop and administer comprehensive interview questions to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate interview performance and provide feedback to candidates and clients.
Candidate Assessment and Selection:
- Administer pre-employment assessments, such as aptitude tests and personality assessments, as required.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification to ensure the integrity of candidates.
- Make recommendations for final candidate selection based on comprehensive assessment results.
Onboarding and Placement:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for successful candidates, including employment contract negotiation, paperwork completion, and orientation.
- Facilitate the placement of candidates into their new roles and provide ongoing support during the initial employment period.
Talent Management:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract and retain top talent within the agency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide career guidance and mentorship to candidates seeking to advance their professional development.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, both locally and internationally.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in recruitment and human resources.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
Performance Management:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of placed candidates to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to candidates and clients on performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience of at least two years in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong understanding of labor market trends, recruitment methodologies, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
