Job summary
The Human Resource Intern supports the HR department in day-to-day administrative and operational activities while gaining practical exposure to human resource functions. The role assists in recruitment coordination, employee records management, HR documentation, staff communication, onboarding processes, and other HR support tasks.

Reports To: HR Manager / Head of HR
Salary: 20,000 – 25,000
- Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll input preparation, attendance, and leave tracking
- Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and staff communication
- Support employee relations, disciplinary documentation, and HR compliance activities
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 1 year post-campus experience in an HR support .
- Basic knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR processes
- Good organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn HRIS systems
