JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to align HR practices with business objectives.The HRBP will drive talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and performance management while collaborating with leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Partnership: Collaborating with business leaders to identify HR needs and implement solutions that drive business success.Talent Management: Supporting recruitment, retention, employee development, and succession planning.Employee Relations: Advising on employee issues, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.Performance Management: Assisting with performance reviews, goal setting, and talent assessments.Change Management: Supporting organizational changes and driving initiatives for culture and engagement improvement.Data Analysis: Utilizing HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
