Brief Job Description 

The Human Resource Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting all HR functions within a dynamic FMCG biscuit manufacturing environment. This role involves a blend of administrative support, employee relations, and coordination of HR initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations while maintaining compliance with Kenyan labour laws and company policies. The role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for contributing to employee engagement and organizational success in a fast-paced, production-driven setting. 


Qualification (Must Have) 

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 


Desired Experience

3-5 years of experience in a similar role, must be within an FMCG or manufacturing setting.

Prior experience in managing full cycle of disciplinary process.


Skills required

  • Good communication skills. Both written and verbal
  • Good Understanding and application of employment law.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Sound understanding of recruitment process, labour laws and performance management.
  • Strong organizational skill.
  • Strong computer and system skills.
  • Ability to maintain and update employee data effectively.

Salary Range

KES 80,000/-to 100,000/-
