We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Officer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our HR-Department and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Job Description/Requirements

Reporting-HR Manager 

Experience Level: 1-3 Years 

 

Responsibilities


Recruitment and Onboarding: 

• Coordinate the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate interviews.

• Conduct orientations for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. 


Employee Relations: 

• Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive working environment.

• Assist in the resolution of workplace issues and conflicts. 


HR Administration: 

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Performance Management: 

• Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and  employees. 

• Identify areas for employee development and training. 


Benefits Administration: 

• Administer employee benefits programs and respond to benefit-related inquiries.

• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure effective benefits delivery.


Training and Development: 

• Coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of  employees.Identify training needs and recommend relevant development opportunities. 


Compliance: 

• Stay updated on labor laws and ensure organizational compliance. 

• Prepare and submit required HR reports and documentation. 

• Support in Visa Processing for Expats and ensure timely submission of documents.  Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. • 1 to 3 years of progressive HR experience. 

• Knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and regulations. 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. 

• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
