We are seeking a proactive, hands-on HR Manager to manage the full HR function for our client. The role supports business growth by ensuring a structured, compliant, and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Recruitment, onboarding & talent management
✔ HR operations, employee records, contracts & HR systems
✔ Performance management, training & staff development
✔ Employee relations: grievances, discipline & conflict resolution
✔ Labour relations & union engagement
✔ Compliance with Employment Act & labour regulations
✔ HR policies implementation & workforce planning
✔ Payroll inputs, HR reporting & departmental HR support
Key Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✅ CHRP / Higher Diploma (IHRM) is an added advantage
✅ 5–7 years HR experience (2–3 years in a senior role)
✅ Strong labour relations & semi-skilled workforce exposure
✅ Excellent knowledge of Kenyan labour laws
✅ Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills
✅ High integrity and professionalism
