JOB SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR department in various aspects of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and overall HR administration. This role will work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure a positive and productive workplace while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities· Recruitment & Onboarding:o Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, and selection of candidates.o Coordinate new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.o Maintain recruitment metrics and track the effectiveness of various hiring strategies.· Employee Relationso Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on company policies and practiceso Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatmento Promote a positive work environment and encourage open communication· Performance Management & Trainingo Assist with the performance appraisal process, providing support to managers in setting goals and conducting evaluationso Coordinate training programs for staff development, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.o Help foster a culture of continuous improvement by supporting professional development opportunities· Compensation & Benefits Administration:o Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks· HR Administration:o Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).o Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in accordance with firm policies.ONSITE POSITION: Royal Offices, Mogotio RoadWork Schedule: The position requires coverage from Monday to Friday, with shifts from the 8:00am to 6:00pm PST (7:00pm - 5am KENYA TIME)
