Job Description/Requirements
# Implementation of monitoring systems to assess the quality of service offered by the outsourced cleaning companies.
# Management of the provision of beverage services to staff
# Management of meeting rooms and provision of beverage services as required by respective meeting organizers
# Manage the gymnasium and cafeteria services to the satisfaction of all customers.
# Management of the cleaning and landscaping supervisor
# Accountability for allocated budgets and resources.# Higher National Diploma or a degree in Hospitality Management. # 10 years hands on experience in hospitality management in a blue chip service environment of which at least 5 years must have been spent in housekeeping. Catering experience will be an added advantage. # Must have at least 3 years management experience. # An intermediate level of computer knowledge in MS Office applications (project, spreadsheet, report writing and presentation packages). # Resourceful, with a high level of self-drive and initiative. Excellent organizational skills, with the focus to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with the tenacity to see them through to a successful completion # Good communication and interpersonal skills underlined by the ability to network and establish effective working relationships across the organization. A self-confident individual with strong influencing and negotiation skills. Highly tactful and diplomatic with good coaching skills. # Strong listening, analytical and critical reasoning skills. A team player with a pleasant outgoing personality with empathy and resilience. # Fluency in English and Kiswahili
