We are renowned for our signature product, Bree’s Dawa—a powerful and popular concoction that has captured the attention of many on social media. We are committed to sourcing our honey from marginalized communities, providing them with sustainable livelihoods while making high-quality honey available to both local markets and for export.


Role Summary: The HORECA Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships within the Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering (HORECA) sector. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence by promoting Brees Bees’ diverse range of honey and health products, particularly focusing on introducing and establishing Bree’s Dawa and our honey products as a must-have product within the HORECA industry.


Key Responsibilities:

● Sales and Business Development:

○ Identify and engage with potential HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies.

○ Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets in the HORECA sector.

○ Promote Brees Bees products, with a strong focus on Bree’s Dawa, highlighting its unique benefits and appeal.

○ Expand market share by acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing ones.

● Client Relationship Management:

○ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and excellent customer service.

○ Understand clients' needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.

○ Provide product training and support to ensure clients are fully knowledgeable about Brees Bees products.

● Market Analysis and Reporting:

○ Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

○ Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in product offerings and sales strategies.

○ Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

● Promotional Activities:

○ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities within the HORECA sector.

○ Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase Brees Bees products.

○ Leverage social media and other digital platforms to enhance product visibility and brand awareness within the HORECA market.


Qualifications:

● Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably within the HORECA sector.

● Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, with a focus on natural and health products.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

● Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

● Familiarity with the Kenyan market and local HORECA industry.

● Passion for natural health products and sustainable business practices.


Education:

● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.


Additional Requirements:

● Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
