JOB SUMMARY

We are urgently looking  for the Kenyan citizens having extensive experience of salesin animal feeds sales.Must Have:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a plus.Proven experience (10+ years) in sales and business development, ideally within the animal feed, agriculture, or livestock industries.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Joining: Immediate

RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate must have:Proven experience in managing sales for a large animal feeds company.A strong track record in driving sales strategy, market penetration, and revenue growth within the animal feeds division.Experience in setting performance targets, conducting regular evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team.Expertise in conducting thorough market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.A proactive approach to identifying potential customers and expanding into new market segments to drive sales growth.The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.Oversight of customer service strategies to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty.Collaboration with product development, marketing, and production teams to ensure products meet market demands.Contribution of valuable insights into the development of marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding strategies.A data-driven approach to tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and generating regular reports for senior management.The ability to leverage insights from sales metrics to refine strategies and adjust sales approaches as necessary.Contribute insights to the development of marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding strategies.Track sales performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports for senior managementUse insights from sales metrics to refine sales strategies and adjust approaches as needed
