Job Title: Head of Finance
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Salary: 1.8m-5.4m KES per annum
What we are looking for; As Head of Finance, you will oversee the company’s financial health, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, compliance, and system development. You will provide strategic insights to the leadership team, ensure operational excellence, and support growth initiatives.
NON-NEGOTIABLES:
- · 4+ years in finance roles, with at least 2 years in leadership, preferably in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
- · Expertise in financial reporting, modeling, systems, controls, and budgeting.
- · Experience with fundraising, pitch decks, and investor communications (a plus)
