Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym 
• Manage and motivate a team of fitness professionals 
• Ensure the gym is clean, safe, and well-maintained 
• In collaboration with the trainers and founders, develop and implement fitness programs and classes. 
• Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints 
• Monitor and manage the gym's budget and expenses 
• Promote membership sales and retention strategies
• Develop and implement marketing activities to promote the gym and grow its membership

Qualifications

• Preferably a Degree in business administration and /or related course
• Experience in working in a similar role and establishment for at least 1 year 
• Proven experience in business development and marketing strategies 
• Excellent comprehension and utilization of Microsoft Office '

Challenges

• The position requires unorthodox working hours. The candidate should therefore be willing to relocate near the gym’s location.
