In light of recent growth and emerging opportunities, the organization is seeking to recruit an exceptionally data-driven Growth Associate to spearhead customer acquisition and retention across digital and offline channels. Key Responsibilities:
● Growth Strategy
○ Provide support to the Director of Growth in the formulation of an annual growth strategy, as well as tactical
quarterly and monthly customer acquisition optimization plans.
● Channels: Support for the Development, Management, and Optimization of Digital and Digitally-Enabled
Customer Acquisition Channels
○ Construct, launch, and maintain paid SEML and SOCIAL Campaigns: Serve as the architect of high-performing campaigns, from developing data-driven strategies to hands-on execution and optimization, observing the real-time impact of your data analysis.
○ Test, Learn, Evolve: Champion A/B and multivariate testing, continuously iterating and optimizing for maximum impact. Manage an experimentation roadmap to optimize performance, including creative tests, incrementally tests, and bidding algorithm assessments.
○ Design and optimize landing pages through collaboration with the product and engineering teams.
○ Advance campaign performance by utilizing the latest advertising formats and features, ensuring GoBEBA maintains a competitive advantage.
○ Innovate and experiment with digitally enabled offline channels, such as hyper local QR code-bearing out-of-home and in-residence placements, to enhance awareness and trust.
○ Coordinate with multiple agencies (creative, social, media) to develop fully integrated campaigns informed by market context and insights.
○ Drive brand marketing and merchandising by crafting engagement strategies to support company-wide initiatives and product launches.
○ Support the development of best-in-class organic search-driven growth practices and operations, encompassing app store search optimization, web, and location maps-based SEO.
○ Support early efforts to build answering engine optimization capabilities by structuring content to be easily understood, cited, and summarized by AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews
● Partnerships: Collaboration with Partners to Develop and Optimize New Acquisition Models
○ Manage and optimize company's acquisition partnerships with third-party digital marketplaces.
○ Support brand partners with Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce channels that integrate with the company's
Fulfillment System to scale their volumes.
○ Execute co-marketing partnerships with brands collaborating with GoBEBA to develop their e-commerce channels.
● Content: Support for Content Management
○ Maintain Product Content across various ordering platforms, including gobeba.com, brand partners platforms, and digital marketplaces.
○ Coordinate the development of Creative Content for marketing and communication purposes.
● Data & Analytics
○ Initiate and conduct in-depth user data analyses; proactively generate insights with clear recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
○ Assume ownership of comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for all pertinent growth metrics across all channels, including budget pacing, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV) proxies, and support the construction of appropriate dashboards to track and disseminate performance.
○ Exhibit a commitment to truth-seeking and data proficiency; establish rigorous standards for the team to think ambitiously and creatively, and then channel that energy into defined goals and robust execution.
● Project Management of Growth Initiatives
○ Collaborate cross-functionally to identify optimal growth channel investment opportunities and trade-offs; identify and drive opportunities for user growth, enhanced competitive positioning, and cost efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
● A demonstrated track record in performance marketing, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
● The ability to apply a near-scientific discipline in designing complex growth experiments.
● Intellectual curiosity and inquisitiveness, coupled with a genuine passion for problem-solving and the ability to think
critically in dynamic situations. A "driver" personality—action-oriented, a phenomenal collaborator, and an excellent
simplifier.
● Direct, hands-on experience managing media buying, optimization (Paid Social, Paid Search, App Search), and strategic
planning, gained either in an agency setting or an in-house role.
● High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and extensive familiarity with metrics such as CAC, CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV.
● Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; must be highly comfortable with analyzing and structuring large data sets, converting them into actionable insights, which inform decision-making for senior management
● Outstanding commercial acumen and strong data and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google sheets and
working familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Google Studio, Tableau, etc.
● Experience with Web & App Tracking/Attribution.
● Experience working within marketplace or E-commerce businesses is preferred.
● Experience utilizing SEO , App Store Optimization (ASO) tools such as SEMrush or Ubersuggest is a significant
advantage as is a Basic knowledge of answering engines optimization with demonstrated interest in structuring content to
be easily understood, cited, and summarized by AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews.
● An understanding of web application development languages/methods/tools such as HTML, PHP, WooCommerce, and
JavaScript is a plus.
● An understanding and experience with graphics design tools such as CANVA is a must
● Experience developing best-in-class digital campaigns, with a proven ability to develop robust Go-to-Market plans and
execute groundbreaking creative executions, is a significant advantage.
● A proactive, ambitious approach where opportunities to enhance business growth impact are actively pursued.
● Strong communication skills, with experience presenting complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
● A minimum of 1 year of experience manipulating large data sets. Proven proficiency in Python / R, SQL / BigQuery, or
Looker Studio is highly preferred.
● 1-2 years of experience crafting and optimizing SEM Marketing campaigns, driving targeted traffic and maximizing Return
on Investment (ROI).
● Google Ads / Bing Ads Certification is a significant advantage.
● A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a scientific, engineering, or quantitative subject, such as Mathematics, Finance, Econometrics, Computer Science, Chemistry/Physics, Commerce or an equivalent qualification. Candidates with a combination of Tech/science/engineering and business (marketing/economics) disciplines plus a 1 year relevant work experience in customer acquisition through digital channels are highly desirable.
