WHO ARE WE RECRUITING?

We are currently recruiting for our GRC/Data Analytics Consultant Graduate Program at Revival Software Limited. We encourage applications from students that have already graduated that are keen to secure a position.

We are looking for young, vibrant, driven individuals, data analytics skills are essential. You'll need a degree in one of the below:

1. Finance

2. ICT

3. Statistics

4. Business with Bias to IT.

You must have a real passion and flair for technology and an understanding of how it can be used to automate processes.

Overall, we are looking for a willingness to try new things, a desire for self-improvement and a strong work ethic.

The ideal candidate will use data analytics to improve our clients governance, risk management, and compliance processes.

This individual will play a crucial role in helping organizations harness technology to streamline their GRC efforts, ultimately enhancing transparency, efficiency, and decision-making throughout the organization.

About The Program

This program allows you to work with the best GRC platform on the market, namely Diligent One.

Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to work with ACL, a data extraction and analysis software that is essential for fraud detection, prevention, and risk management.

As a key team member, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful deployment and utilization of Diligent One/ACL software within an organization.

What Youll Learn

Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their governance, risk, and compliance objectives and tailor GRC software solutions (Diligent One) to meet their specific needs.

Software Configuration: Customise and configure GRC software platforms to align with clients' business processes, risk management frameworks, and compliance requirements.

Data Analysis: Analyse large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and risk indicators related to governance, risk, and compliance using ACL and Python.

Reporting: Develop and present comprehensive reports and dashboards that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Training and Support: Conduct comprehensive training sessions, empowering users to utilise the software's capabilities effectively. Guide clients in leveraging reporting and analytics tools to derive actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.

Documentation and Communication: Maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and customisations, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the implementation process. Consistently communicate with internal and external stakeholders, informing them of new releases, features, and functionalities.

Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring timely work delivery and issue resolution. Identify and communicate innovations or knowledge that enhance our services and offerings.

Risk Management: Demonstrate a keen eye for identifying risks and issues, proactively mitigating potential roadblocks to project success.

What Are The Requirements

To apply to join the internship program you must;

Be a recent graduate in one of the following: Finance, ICT, Statistics, Business with Bias to IT from a reputable university,

Be between 21 - 25 years old

Have a verifiable qualification certificate and no criminal record

Be able to effectively communicate in English (written and verbal)

Be prepared to undergo psychometric assessments.

Be prepared to undergo the ACL Certified Data Analyst (ACDA) exam within 3 to 4 months of joining the program. This is an industry-recognized certification which showcases your skills and abilities.
