JOB SUMMARY

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and high-quality content to enhance the brand's presence across multiple social media platforms and marketing channels. This role involves developing graphics, photography, videography, and motion graphics for both digital and print use. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to produce compelling content, ensuring consistency with the brand's visual identity. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to produce content that drives engagement and supports marketing goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Creation:Develop and design eye-catching graphics for social media platforms, including TikTok, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.Create compelling fliers, banners, and promotional materials for both digital and print use.Produce and edit high-quality photographs and videos, with a focus on creating engaging reels for social media.2. Videography and Photography:Capture high-quality images and videos that align with Mama Ashanti's brand and marketing goals.Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media platforms, ensuring that videos are optimized for engagement and shareability.3. Motion Graphics:Design and create animated graphics and motion videos to enhance social media posts and promotional materials.Incorporate motion graphics into video content to create dynamic and visually appealing stories.4. Graphic Design:Develop static graphic designs for various marketing channels, including social media posts, website graphics, and email campaigns.Ensure all designs adhere to Mama Ashanti's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials.Create banners and promotional graphics for the Mama Ashanti website.5. Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet marketing objectives.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance Mama Ashanti's visual presence.6. Brand Consistency:Maintain and uphold the visual identity of Mama Ashanti, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices to keep Mama Ashanti's marketing materials fresh and relevant.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.2 years’ working experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the hospitality or food industry.Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in photography, videography (reels), photo and video editing, motion graphics, and static graphic design.Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
