The role of a graphic designer is to conceptualize ideas into visually stunning designs. They will collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and production professionals to create print materials that not only meet client expectations but also elevate the company’s reputation for excellence.

Job Description/Requirements
Visual Concept Development
- Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various projects, including print materials, digital assets, and promotional items using adobe photoshop, illustrator or in design.
- Generate innovative and original design concepts.
- Stay informed about design trends and incorporate relevant elements into projects. Image integration
- Incorporate original photography into graphic design projects while ensuring consistency between visuals and the overall design concepts.
- Provide creative input on how photography and design elements complement each other in a project.
Brand Adherence:
- Ensure consistency in design elements, aligning with the brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
Project Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborating with marketing, sales, customer service and other departments to understand design requirements.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and clients into design iterations.
Print and Digital Design:
- Produce designs for both digital and print formats e.g. flyers posters, business cards etc.
- Design Logos, brochures, packaging and promotional materials that align with the brands visual identity. Photo shoots and photo editing
- Plan, organize and conduct photoshoots for products, people or events based on the client needs.
- Re-touch and edit images, enhancing the image as necessary to ensure high quality outputs for both print and digital use.
- Ensure high-quality and resolution of images for various applications.
- Deadline Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within established timelines.
- Prioritize tasks based on project urgency and importance.
Customer Service:
- Communicate with clients to understand their design needs and objectives.
- Present design concepts and incorporate client feedback into the final deliverables.
- Provide services i.e. Printing, binding, lamination etc.
- Ensure shop cleanliness
Stay Informed about Industry Standards:
- Stay updated on graphic design best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Attend relevant workshops or training sessions to enhance skills.

Experience Profile
- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a print and design environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and photography projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, photoshop, InDesign)
- Familiarity with print production processes
