Job Description/Requirements
· Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
· Manage and grow social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter/X.
· Create compelling and high-quality content, including posts, videos, graphics, and blog articles.
· Utilize Canva, CapCut, and other design tools to produce engaging visuals and video content.
· Monitor social media analytics using Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics to track performance and optimize content strategies.
· Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, website blogging, and online advertising initiatives.
· Implement SEO best practices, hashtag strategies, and audience engagement techniques to maximize reach and visibility.
· Stay up to date with trending content, viral challenges, and evolving audience behaviors to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
· Organize and manage social media content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
· Moderate discussions, respond to customer inquiries, and handle crisis communication when needed.
· Collaborate with internal teams and external influencers to drive brand partnerships and marketing initiatives.
· Track and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
