About the International Humanity Foundation (IHF)

Key Responsibilities
Etiquette Oversight: Monitor internal communication channels to ensure all interactions adhere to IHF’s professional standards and ethical guidelines.
Conflict Mediation: Act as a neutral first point of contact to identify and flag communication breakdowns or policy violations.
Security Management: Ensure only authorized active members are present in team-specific chatrooms, working with the Passwords team to maintain digital security.
Leadership Training & Mentorship: Develop and lead training sessions for new members on "Digital Diplomacy" and the distinction between social and professional digital spaces.
Qualifications & Requirements
Emotional Intelligence: High level of empathy and objectivity when navigating interpersonal dynamics.
Integrity: Absolute discretion and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professional silence.
Observation Skills: A proactive eye for detail and the ability to spot potential issues before they escalate.
