JOB SUMMARY

Job Overview:Mustek EA Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven General Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional integrity, and a strong work ethic. This role involves driving sales across multiple industries by leveraging expertise in IT hardware, software solutions, and industry-specific products to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Business DevelopmentIdentify and engage potential customers in industries such as hospitality, education, healthcare, retail, and warehousing.Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and close deals for IT hardware, software solutions (including ERP systems), and power backup solutions.Build and manage a sales pipeline to consistently achieve targets.Product ExpertiseDevelop in-depth knowledge of Mustek’s products, including IT hardware, software, outdoor/camping solutions, summit and drive-thru systems, and retail products.Communicate product benefits and competitive advantages, aligning solutions with client needs.Customer EngagementBuild long-term client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.Deliver exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Address customer concerns proactively to enhance their experience.Market Research and StrategyTrack market trends, industry demands, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with marketing to develop effective strategies and campaigns.Share market insights with management to refine strategies and improve positioning.Reporting and ComplianceSubmit accurate sales forecasts, progress, and expense reports.Ensure adherence to company policies throughout the sales process.Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.Qualifications and SkillsExperience: 3+ years in IT hardware, software, or related sales.Education: Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; organized and detail-oriented.Personal Attributes: Professional, resilient, results-driven, and eager to adapt to market trends.
