JOB SUMMARY

On behalf of a leading high end resturant, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead their operations. in Nairobi. Catering to the city’s elite, our establishment is renowned for its impeccable service, world-class cuisine, and an exquisite dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing luxury hospitality establishments and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and high operational standards.Lead and inspire a team of managers, chefs, and front-of-house staff to uphold excellence in service and hospitality.Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.Maintain financial oversight, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue maximization.Establish and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain a top-tier menu and beverage program.Drive marketing and brand positioning efforts to sustain the restaurant’s reputation and market presence.Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative concepts to elevate the dining experience.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in high-end restaurant or luxury hotel management.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of fine dining service, culinary excellence, and wine programs.A keen eye for detail, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency.Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.Passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
