Job Summary

He /she will be running the company's entire business operation and ensure that departments runs smoothly. The General Manager will be reporting to the board of director’s through the Board Chairman.

  • Minimum Qualification : Bachelors
  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 10 years

Job Description/Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

I. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Business Management), or related field from a recognized institution.

II. A Master's Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage

III. Knowledge and experience in tea processing at least 10years in Senior Management position.

IV. Proven experience at least five (5) years working as a General Manager.

V. Strong leadership and managerial skills.

VI. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.

VII. Knowledge of budgeting, financial management and business operations.

VIII. Proficient in using Microsoft office and other business soft wares.


Duties and Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the General Manager include but are not limited to:

I. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s business.

II. Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.

III. Developing, reviewing and implementing effective business plans and budgets.

IV. Overseeing resource allocation while maintaining budgetary control.

V. Hiring, training and evaluating employees.

VI. Managing timelines for successful and timely delivery of duties.

VII. Conducting business performance reviews and providing constructive feedback

VIII. Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, vendors, stakeholders and partners.

IX. Monitoring market and industry trends to determine business opportunities and challenges.

X. Ensuring that the company policies, procedures, processes, legal and administrative guidelines are followed by all employees.

XI. Ensuring company compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

III. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

IV. Strong problem – solving and decision making skills.

V. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
