Job Summary
Medbill is a Durable Medical Equipment Billing Company based in the US. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer for contract work to assist in our development department. The Full Stack Developer contractor will work remotely with the Medbill development team to design, develop, deliver, and support the applications.

Job Description/Requirements
Main Responsibilities:
- Work in a collaborative environment to design, development, deliver, and support the Medbill application suite
- Provide technical excellence in our state-of-the-art technology applications utilizing technologies such as C#, .NET, (possibly Python) and React using Javascript/Typescript
- Gather and translate internal and external client requirements into technical design specifications and business process re-engineering
- Assist in steering the trajectory of MedBill’s software solutions
- Follow and contribute to best practices for software development while delivering high-quality work on tight schedules
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems or other related major
Must have:
- Full Stack Developer with experience in Web Applications / Web Development
- Back-End Languages (at least one of the following): C# or Java
- Front-End Languages: HTML, Javascript and/or Typescript using CSS/SCSS
- Frameworks/Libraries (at least one of the following): .Net or .Net Core and React (preferred), Vue, or Angular
- ORM Experience – Entity Framework (preferred)
- Experience writing SQL using PostgreSQL (preferred), SQL Server, or similar
- Tools (at least one of following): Source control with Git (preferred), Microsoft TFS, or SVN
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills
- Able to produce solid quality code which deploys to production frequently
- Understanding of Unit testing frameworks such as XUnit
- Able to collaborate with other team members
Nice:
- Pipeline/CI experience: Azure Pipelines (preferred), Bamboo, or other CI tools and processes
- Experience developing and/or consuming RESTful APIs
- An understanding of the Agile process
- Familiar with a development workflow management tool such as Microsoft ADO or Jira
- Platform: Azure and Windows development
- Database management tools such as Azure Data Studio, PGAdmin or Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
- Familiar with developing stored procedures
- Other Experience: Formic, Azure Functions, LINQ, Cypress
- Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, etc)
Job Type: Contract
Compensation: 315,000 KES monthly. Compensation is based on producing story points and will vary with actual production of the candidate. Amount shown is based on the desired produced story points per sprint.
