The front office manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations at the front desk and the reception area,ensuring positive experience for visitors and clients.

  • Minimum Qualification : Bachelors
  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Key responsibilities:

Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

Handle scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during business hours.

Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.

Handle booking and scheduling for conference rooms and other facilities.

oversee the management of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail.

Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.

Prepare and manage reports, records, and documentation as required.
