We are looking for a talented freelance landscaping designer with a strong portfolio of high-end projects and a keen eye for creating stunning outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in landscape design, a network of reliable suppliers, and a thorough understanding of the latest trends and techniques in landscaping.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive landscaping designs that enhance the aesthetic and functional qualities of outdoor spaces. Create detailed landscape plans, including plant selection, hardscaping, and spatial layouts. Oversee the execution of landscape projects, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately and to the highest standards. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver customized design solutions that meet their needs. Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution. Provide expert advice on plant selection, materials, and maintenance requirements. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control throughout the design and implementation phases.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a landscaping designer with a robust portfolio showcasing high-end residential and commercial projects. Relevant Kenyan certifications and licenses in landscape design. Ability to manage projects from initial concept through to successful completion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A well-established network of suppliers and contractors. A proposal outlining payment arrangements on a per-project basis.
