We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Freelance Interior Designer to join our team on a per-project basis.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative freelance interior designer to handle high-end design projects for our prestigious clients. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in residential and commercial design, a strong portfolio showcasing luxury projects, and a robust network of suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present design concepts, including mood boards, color schemes, and spatial layouts. Prepare detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. Oversee and manage the implementation of design projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budget, and timelines. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of design projects. Provide expert advice on materials, furnishings, and finishes. Ensure that all design work meets high standards of quality and luxury.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an interior designer with a strong portfolio of high-end projects. Relevant Kenyan certifications and licenses in interior design. Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through to completion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A network of reputable suppliers and contractors. Ability to provide a proposal outlining payment arrangements on a per-project basis.
