About the Job

We are looking for an experienced individual that will be responsible for the company’s finished goods. The office holder will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, organization, care and timeliness; and will be more involved in all aspects of the job that involves finished goods - receipt, warehousing, labelling, inventory, dispatch, etc.


Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

● Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer demands.

● Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

● Coordinate with logistics teams for inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate records in the stock register.

● Material receipt, Dispatch Document

● Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to warehousing and inventory management.

● Monitor productivity levels among team members, providing guidance on best practices for improved performance.


Requirements: Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

● Diploma / Degree

● Min 5 yrs in Warehouse Function

● Finished Goods Store exp is required

● Preferred 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.

● Preferred minimum 3 years in a Managerial position

● Strong understanding of manpower management principles and ability to lead a team effectively.

● Proficiency in inbound logistics, outbound logistics, warehouse management systems (WMS), and warehouse operations software applications.

● Good Working Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
