Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Financial Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Nairobi. The main responsibility of this position is to promote and sell our financial insurance products to help customers achieve their financial goals and protection needs.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain customer relationships, identify potential customers and communicate effectively
Introduce the company's financial insurance products in detail and answer customer questions
Provide customized insurance solutions based on customer needs
Follow up with customers regularly, provide after-sales service, and ensure customer satisfaction
Participate in company training to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, insurance or related fields
At least 2 years of experience in financial insurance product sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service awareness and results orientation
