Financial customer service representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a professional, patient and responsible financial customer service representative to provide customers with high-quality financial services and solve customers' problems in financial products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers through phone, email or online chat to answer customers' questions about financial products and services.

Handle customer complaints, follow up on the resolution process of problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Record and maintain customer information to ensure accuracy and timely update of information.

Assist customers to understand the financial products provided by the company and provide professional investment advice and guidance.

Cooperate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are solved in a timely and effective manner.

Return to customers regularly to understand customer needs and improve customer experience.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, finance, economics, accounting and other related majors are preferred.

At least 2 years of relevant work experience in financial industry customer service.

Familiar with financial products and services, and have basic financial knowledge.

Have good English reading, writing and speaking skills.

Be meticulous, patient, responsible and have a team spirit.
