Salary: 120K
Job Purpose

• 
  
• Review PODs (Proof of delivery) for completeness and accuracy, including verification of delivery details, customer confirmation
  
• Maintain an elaborate tracking system to track billed and outstanding transport deliveries
  
• Issuance of certificate of service (COS) for reviewed and confirmed billings by hauliers
  
• Generate weekly & monthly financial reports sharing performance insights on transportation billings and cost.
  
• Business partner to Head of Logistics and Logistics leadership team on finance billing and other transport costs.
  
• Maintain an end to end sound controls environment on transport payment process.
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Qualified accountant (CPA/ ACCA) with 3 years post qualification experience and bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting
  
• Background or experience in supply chain management is an added advantage
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Good understanding of logistics & finance operations and documentation
  
• Knowledge of financial controls and audit requirements
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  
• Ability to work independently and maintain high integrity
