Job Summary
Seeking to recruit a qualified person to the position of a Finance and Administration Assistant.

Job Description/Requirements
Some of the duties to be done by the candidate are listed but not limited to below.
Job Management
Part of your role will be to maintain jobs on chase accounting software and process routine transactions to same.
Payment Processing
a) Prepare payments and ensure all supporting documents are attached and loaded on the payment platform.
b) Sharing Point of Purchase (POP) and remittance schedules to supplies post payment.
c) Processing Withholding Tax (WHT) and Value Added Tax (VAT) schedules for onward processing.
Accounting
a) Performing bank reconciliation at month end closure.
b) Currency revaluations towards month end closure.
c) Reconciling General Ledger (GL) accounts to Trial Balance (TB).
d) Extracting and circulating Accounts Receivable (AR) Statement of Affairs (SOAs) at month end.
e) Reconciling and issuing aged debtor and creditor analysis for inter-company and local companies.
f) Preparing reclassification journals to reconcile chase and quick books.
g) Reconciling and billing expenditure from company card.
Administration
a) Booking meeting rooms during office attendance days.
b) Managing staff leaves and custodian of leave schedule.
c) Managing fixed assets register.
d) Keeping inventory for office stationeries.
e) Organising staff lunches and booking venues accordingly.
f) Organising for physical delivery of invoices to clients.
The Person
The individual should be an excellent multitasker with good communication and time management skills, hardworking, possess good work ethics, presentable, team player, and good interpersonal skills. He/she should also be of high integrity, can use discretion, flexible, attention to details, and be a self-starter.
Requisite Qualifications
a) CPA Part II with at least two years relevant working experience.
b) Relevant bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
c) Computer literacy, especially on QuickBooks accounting software and MS Excel.
d) Experience in book-keeping.
e) Experience in an ERP system will be an added advantage.
f) Fluent English and local language.
