Job Summary:

Free Adverts is seeking ready-to-work Field Sales Representatives to promote and sell our applications directly to customers. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers to introduce and sell Free Adverts & applications.

Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and value of the applications to clients.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Collect and relay customer feedback to the company for product improvement.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.

Represent Free Adverts professionally and uphold the company’s values in all customer interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

A Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in sales or a similar role is an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets with minimal supervision.

Must be available to start immediately.

Compensation:

Basic Salary: Kshs. 20,000

Competitive commission structure based on sales performance.
