Job Summary

Amanbo Kenya is seeking a proactive and energetic Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and secure potential clients, including importers, wholesalers, supermarket chains, retail stores, and industrial shops, particularly those interested in importing from China.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Objective: Develop and maintain customer relationships, drive sales growth, and maximize company profitability.

Key Responsibilities

· Market Expansion: Identify and secure potential clients, including importers, wholesalers, business owners, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) interested in sourcing products from China.

· Client Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.

· Sales Promotion: Conduct product presentations and company introductions to potential clients, providing professional consultation to facilitate purchasing decisions.

· Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company-set sales targets and performance benchmarks.

· Industry Insights: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

· Customer Engagement: Understand client business needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Credit & Loan Sales: Familiarity with B2B credit and loan sales to assist clients in structuring appropriate payment and financing solutions.

· Networking & Lead Generation: Leverage existing networks to attract new clients and expand market coverage.


Job Requirements

· Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.

· Industry Experience: 2-5 years of B2B wholesale business experience, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with wholesalers and importers.

· Import Business Knowledge: Familiarity with the process of importing products from China, supply chain management, and relevant regulations.

· Market Awareness: In-depth understanding of the Nairobi market, industry trends, key business districts, and emerging opportunities.

· Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation abilities, capable of independently developing and closing deals.

· Performance-Driven: Proven ability to achieve or exceed set sales targets and business objectives.

· Field Sales Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on field sales experience with excellent communication and client management skills.

· Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Swahili, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excel at acquiring new clients, securing new accounts, and maintaining solid relationships across various market segments. A well-established network of industry contacts, especially those interested in sourcing products from China, is a strong advantage.
